What we collect. We collect your email address, account details, usage data, chat and generation history, and payment information needed to provide the service.
How we use it. We use this information to run Parbud, generate parenting support, send Daily Peace emails, manage subscriptions, enforce plan limits, answer support requests, and keep the product reliable and secure.
Third parties. Parbud uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI generation, Supabase/Postgres for storage, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting.
Data retention. We keep account and service data while your account is active and may retain billing or security records when required by law. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@parbud.care.
No sale of data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Privacy standards. We operate Parbud in line with Canadian privacy expectations, including PIPEDA-style safeguards, and we support lawful privacy requests where applicable.
